“A Miracle: Blessings and Hope of a Polio Survivor (Romans 8:28)”: A spiritual and powerful story of polio survival by the grace of God. “A Miracle” is the creation of published author Steve Clark, a retired public school superintendent with a plethora of experience in educational counseling.
Clark says of his family, “We trust hope, and it is who we trust that shapes that hope. We retain our formation from our homes or foundations even in times of uncertainty. As a child, my hope was in my parents and through my parents in God. My parents founded me early on on a foundation in God and the teachings of the Bible. In the darkest times, at the bottom of a gray-black lake, God will find you and bring you out. If you see good in the most painful situations, that good will help you stay hopeful. “
Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Steve Clark’s new book is a spiritual and narrative tale of how a struggling family survived on faith.
The disease had caught hold of the little boy, and doctors only gave the family a few months to a few years to survive. Without unwavering faith in their own strength and in the work of God’s plan, her family may not have been equipped to cope with her illness. Their strong faith led the family to believe that God would be by their side throughout their recovery process.
